- photographs, videos, images, audio recordings or other content captured or provided in connection with our events, tours, experiences, website, social media pages or marketing activities;

- information about third parties, including where you provide information about an emergency contact, another participant, a minor, a person for whom you make a booking, or another person whose information is relevant to your booking, order or participation; and
- any other personal information provided by you to us, or otherwise required by us, in connection with our website, events, tours, experiences, merchandise, marketing, communications, legal obligations, or business operations.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR MINORS
For our events, participants under the age of 18 may participate where registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian and the participant is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Our guided tours and outdoor experiences are generally only available to participants aged 18 years and over, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Where we collect personal information about an individual under the age of 18, we will generally collect that information from, or with the consent of, the individual’s parent or legal guardian.
Where we collect personal information directly from an individual under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to assess whether the individual has capacity to consent, or otherwise seek consent from a parent or legal guardian where required or appropriate.

- a person who makes a booking, registration or purchase on your behalf, including a parent, guardian, emergency contact or other authorised representative; and

4.3 HOW YOU PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR SOMEONE ELSE
If you provide personal information to us about another person, you must only do so if you have that person’s consent or are otherwise authorised to provide that information to us. This may include where you provide information about an emergency contact, another participant, a person for whom you make a booking, or a person who will attend or participate in an event, tour or experience.
If you are providing personal and/or sensitive information on behalf of someone under the age of 18 (Minor), you must be that Minor’s parent or legal guardian and you must provide consent for the Minor’s personal and/or sensitive information to be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with this privacy policy.
4.4 HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM COOKIES
We may also collect personal information from you when you use or access our website or our social media pages. This may be done through use of web analytics tools, ‘cookies’ or other similar tracking technologies that allow us to track and analyse your website usage. Cookies are small files that store information on your computer, mobile phone or other device and enable and allow the creator of the cookie to identify when you visit different websites. - our professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and auditors;
- our related entities (if any); or

This may include uploading customer or participant information, such as name and contact details,
to email marketing platforms or third–party advertising platforms for marketing, customer matching,
custom audience, lookalike audience or similar advertising activities, where permitted by law
We take care to work with such third parties who we believe maintain an acceptable standard of data security and require them not to use your personal information for any purpose except for those activities we have asked them to perform on our behalf.

- For certain events, tours or experiences, we may ask you to complete a Medical Information Collection and Disclosure Consent Form, medical declaration, health information form, participant declaration, waiver or similar document. These documents are intended to help us collect relevant health, medical, dietary, emergency contact and safety information so that we can assess and manage participant safety and deliver the relevant event, tour or experience.
8.2 TYPES OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The sensitive information we collect may include the following:
- health information, including medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, physical limitations, fitness concerns, recent illness, pregnancy, mental health conditions, neurological conditions, respiratory conditions, heart conditions, blood pressure issues, fainting, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma or other information relevant to your health or safe participation;
- dietary requirements, food allergies, medication allergies, environmental allergies or other information relevant to your safety, meals or participation;
- ambulance cover, private health insurance information or related information you choose to provide;
- information about your fitness, experience, equipment, medical suitability or ability to safely participate in an event, tour, outdoor activity or experience;
- emergency contact information and any information reasonably required to contact your emergency contact or respond to an incident, illness, injury or emergency; and
- any other sensitive information provided by you or a third party to us via our website, booking or registration platforms, forms, waivers, consent documents, communications or otherwise in connection with our events, tours, experiences or services.

Your sensitive information will only be used for purposes reasonably connected with our events, guided tours, outdoor experiences or related services, including:
- assessing whether you can safely participate in an event, tour or experience, including whether to accept your booking, allow you to attend or participate in particular activities, impose reasonable safety conditions on your participation, or refuse, suspend or end your participation for safety reasons;
- managing participant safety, health risks, dietary requirements, allergies, injuries, fitness concerns and emergency contact arrangements;
- providing or arranging first aid, medical assistance, ambulance services, emergency evacuation or emergency support;
- contacting your emergency contact;
- incident reporting, insurance, legal, risk management and record-keeping purposes;
- complying with our legal obligations (including permit requirements or venue requirements), resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements with you;
- sending you messages, reminders, notices, updates, security alerts, and other information requested by you; or
- any other purpose which is permitted or required under applicable privacy laws.
We do not use your health information, medical information or emergency contact information for direct marketing.

Your sensitive information will only be disclosed to third parties where reasonably required for your participation, safety, emergency response, legal or operational purposes, including to:

Please note that if you withdraw your consent, or do not provide sensitive information we reasonably require for safety, medical, emergency response, insurance or operational purposes, we may be unable to accept your booking, allow you to attend, allow you to participate in particular activities, or safely provide the event, tour or experience to you.
9. MARKETING
We may at times send you marketing communications which will be done in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) (Spam Act).
If we do, we may use email, SMS, social media, phone or mail to send you direct marketing communications.
Where consent is needed, we will ask you for your consent before sending you marketing communications, except where you:
- have explicitly opted-in to receiving email marketing from us in the past; or
- were given the option to opt-out of email marketing when you initially signed up for one of our platforms and you did not do so.
