RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Alpha Trail Events, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items bought from our online store. Please note this policy applies to merchandise only (e.g. caps, shirts, accessories). For event ticket terms, please see our Terms & Conditions.
1. RETURNS
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
- Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, we will send you the correct one or provide a refund.

2. REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or general dissatisfaction, unless required by law.
3. EXCHANGES
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return postage on exchange requests unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNS
- If the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is for an exchange or other reason (not required by law), the customer is responsible for return postage.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

- We will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging and condition.
- We will process your refund or replacement once the item is received.
